Hey, I was wondering if you'd share your taquito recipe. I would score major points with my husband. Please? Don't make me beg.

So it's just meat? Don't get me wrong, that sounds delicious. I guess I was overthinking it!

Try this for a dipping sauce. Combine 1/2 can of Rotell diced tomatoes with habaneros with three tbs of mayo and two bbas of wroch. sauce. Salt and pepper. Ad the juice of one lime. Place in blender until well mixed.

Now make a light roux of massa flour and watetr and a dash of olive oil and heat on stove until simmering and adjust liquid until you reach the desired consistency. Remove and let cool. Now add lightly diced onion, basil and parsely. Thats your dipping sauce.

BTW- I like mine crunchy, too.

I love to dip them in quacamole. I had a freind who used to pressure cook beef along with some spices to use in his. That would be the meal along with a pitcher of margaritas and a few shots of patron.
