My son and I are in a disagreement so I told him I was going to post here. I think the same - he thinks different. The just before dawn photo makes it hard for me to tell.
Is this the same buck?

I want to say yes but I don't see a brow on one. Not sure if it's light trickery or not.

I am looking at the pics on my phone, and it looks to me like it is the same deer until I zoom in, and then it looks like the bottom deer has brow tines but the top one doesn't. Different angle, daylight vs artificial light makes it inconclusive to me.
Deer in top pic looks wider and older. But, too many variables in the picture to tell for sure. Could very well be the same deer.

Brow tines and the right antler look different to me. So I'll vote "maybe".

Different top buck is older with no brow tines
Different deer. Daylight deer has brows, longer g2 and g3 on left antler, and right side has weird upward sweep. Night pic deer has no brows, short tines, and both sides are pretty symmetrical.
