Huh? Say it ain’t so

As a state resident and a UT fan I'd like to thank you personally for helping fund our ending of the NCAA's corruption. Your tax donations through sales and whatever else are greatly appreciated 😁
Looks like your gonna need our bail out. The price of attorney fees the NCAA is piling up is gonna cost yall a few good recruiting $$$$$

Apparently you don't follow news. This is a done deal unless the NCAA appeals and also we have no att on net fee since the state AG is the one who sued. Also we have no lawyer fees for defending anything since the court ruled they have no right to enforce nil laws they made. You're welcome for enlightening you on the case. Might try reading for comprehension to help with your attempted slander 😁

Hold the phone. Do you not realize the money they have spent to date on attorney fees the min the clock started with the NCAA investigation? You know as soon as Donde Plowman got wind of this the first thing she did was run it up the flag pole with the attories and the fees started then.

And apparently you need some help in the reading comprehension department . Its NOT a done deal.

A federal judge in Tennessee granted a preliminary injunction, suspending NCAA rules regarding name, image, and likeness benefits for athletes and indirectly easing the stress for the University of Tennessee amid an NCAA investigation according to the Knox News. It should be noted that this injunction is not the final ruling in the case, but it may have a dramatic effect on how NIL deals are used as inducements in the short term.

Did you know that rulings are upheld at a rate of 86%? So with only a 14% chance of winning, along with the NCAA's record of losing every court case they've been involved in, the NCAA would be foolish to try to take this any further.

Tell him 86 is greater than 14. Also explain by Tennessee hopefully winning here it will help other states and universities to.

You do realize that the NCAA will just find something else to go after if they lose this one? Once you are on the radar. :)

Guys, must I point out yet again that you are trying to have an intelligent conversation with an imbecile? He makes the scarecrow on Wizard of Oz look like an astrophysicist.

I realize this is a state suit against the NCAA and doesn't have a thing to do with UT therefore the school has no attorney fees tied up with it. You are trying to muddy waters and swap to a completely different subject. And yeah it's pretty much a done deal like I said. They can appeal and they will lose because legally they are in the wrong and they know it.as has been told to you these injunctions are rarely overturned.

Im just gonna drop this right here to let the haters and thick skulls think on it. That's a national media member who isn't a UT fan

This must be fake news or Russian disinformation. PillsburyDipshit said the NCAA would destroy the entire University of Tennessee and even take away Tennessee's statehood. You mean he was wrong? Surely not. Someone with such a stellar track record of being clueless was wrong......again??? I just can't believe it.
