Hot pickled Eggs recipe

I've lost the recipe for the Hot pickled eggs with the little smokies!!
Somebody post it back with instructions please

Let me get it right:
Add eggs, onion, smokies, carrots, peppers to jars……
Bring pickling brine to a boil,
Let brine cool then fill the jars?
Refrigerate

We do peppers and onions in the liquid to boil. Eggs smokies and carrots in the jars, then pour liquid and peppers to fill. Wipe down top of jars and screw on lids
