I have a corner of a grown up field the road comes down the hill through the middle of it coming down the hill I turn right to get to this corner of the field. There's a little slope 50yds wide running the length of the field going down towards a drain.
The does usually every year come up the drain on the slope just inside the woods. Well all hunting season there is a ridiculous amount of bucks that visit this corner. If you put a dot just inside the woods at the corner you could draw 10 lines in different directions that bucks come from to cross this corner. Most only come by once or twice a month a few bucks 1-3 times a week.
Why do they all cross this corner of the field?
Are they all coming to check in on this group of doe?
There is usually im guessing a year round scrape at this corner and it's not this year but plenty of deer, can't figure that out?
Is this spot just really close to some bedding?
Deer sightings are almost daily, even if something is chasing them. I've had some coyotes at this spot chasing deer
