Had a left over prime rib in the deep freeze

My sister in law turned 60 this weekend and I asked what she wanted for dinner - steak and salad - so...... I started with the salad and moved on to a left over half a prime rib I had left from Christmas -

Enjoy -

Started with some onion -

Then some vine ripe matters from the garden -

Some mixed greens -

Topped with some parm cheese and into the ice box to chill -

Start with a prime rib -

Trim the fat -

Take the bones out -

Slice -

Season -

Grill -
