How long does gly need to be on the ground before a rain for it to be effective and not be washed away?

In the other post you said you sprayed yesterday afternoon, and it started raining this morning, I'd say you will be fine. 6 hours for the generic versions is what I usually read.

It says on the label/MSDS info and I'm thinking the timing is even less than 2 hours but either way you're good.

Thanks everyone. I sure am glad it wasn't wasted. Yes, I sprayed about 4:00 PM and the first couple of sprinkles were about 10 PM. The heavy rain started at 6:00 AM this morning.

No easy answer. Depends on many factors. Read rain fastness section on label.
