I know Fred Bear had a huge impact on bowhunting, but does
anyone know or have info on how good a shot he was. I know his
kills speak for themselves, but I was just wondering about his
actual accuracy. I remember watching old hunting films of him
back in the late 60's and early 70's. I could tell he had very
good instict on his quick draw and release.

I heard several times that Mr. Bear was great on animals but wasnt too good on targets. one story was he was good if it was a single object to shoot at but if it was a target such as a bag target with several spots he wasnt too good.
