Was off work today so hit the woods. Basically a repeat of opener. Absolutely hammering on the limb and silence on the ground. I'll admit I was pretty much just randomly calling. He never made a peep and I had no idea he was coming until I saw him. 19lbs 1"spurs, and 9" beard. Not a huge bird but he'll do.

All tagged out within a week. I must say that's awesome. Good looking birds too. I can't wait for this weekend when I can get out and try and get one for the first time this season.

Let me apologize and be more clear at the same time.
A. I suck at storytelling
B. Springtime is a busy time of year for me and I like to fish. Therefore, if I kill a bird, I call it good. This is the first and last bird I will kill this year. I have a self imposed limit of one. Sorry for the confusion, it was on my part.
