Sunday birthday dinner:
Deer steaks - Bottom round cut from hindquarter of deer.
Marinaded in, liquid smoke, onion powder, garlic,
powder, cooking wine, pepper, teriyaki, and a
olive oil.
Baked spud - Wrapped in foil with butter, salt and pepper.
Salad - Put anything you want in it. Blue cheese dressing.
Ice tea - sun tea
Steaks - Just in case they do not like the deer, (more for
me). They will be marinaded the same way.
Garlic - Rosted and combined with butter to go on french
bread
All to be cooked on gril. Dinner for my grand
daughters boy friend and our family. Its going to be good.
