This was very easy to make and smoke. Not too salty and has a nice smoky flavor. Fried it up in a little bacon grease this morning. Won't be my last batch! Made about 6 pounds or so.

Ground meat extruded into a bacon strip shape? Or did you cure whole muscle? Please detail your method
Yes ground meat with cure and pressed into a pan, then put on grill and smoked about 3 hours due to cold yesterday. This is recipe I followed. It was very easy to slice with electric slicer. Pretty simple and will try it again when I eat and give all this batch away!
