i make several batches and freeze them for just such weather

Deer chili kind of week lol. Looks good!! We polished off all of our chili last night. Deer tacos tonight!

My wife doesn't like chili but made me some the other day. This was her first attempt and it was dang good. I ate it for lunch and dinner 2 days in a row then took a break but just finished a bowl with a grilled cheese.

So what does everyone use; ground venison or cubed venison? I use cubed.

I use ground but real chili uses cubed!

How do you like the crockpot liners ?

For stuff like overnight oats, it's a game changer. Anything that get's crusty and sticky. Rotel dip is another one.

But for a soup, stew, or chili, I don't think it would save a tremendous amount of time.
