on the wings of a snow white dove
1 package Sister Shubert frozen yeast rolls
10 oz. Frozen Cranberries
10 oz. Brie cheese
1/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp Rosemary

Note: I could not find Frozen Cranberries so I mixed together whole cranberry and canned cranberry sauce

Mix cranberries, sugar and rosemary in sauce pan and on medium heat, cook until thickens almost like jelly

Cut rolls in half sideways trying to keep rolls from separating

Cover bottom half of rolls with 1/2 inch cubes of Brie cheese
Cover cheese with your cranberries
Place top half of rolls back on top

Brush on heavy coat of butter.

Place on oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes
Let cool down
Slice along division lines of rolls

For a good leftover treat, add a slice of Turkey and nuke 15-20 seconds

I passed up on this, thinking "I don't know about making bread". Just looked at it and thought"Sister Schubert Rolls", game on. I saw one the other day that cut Kings Hawaiian rolls halfway, ham and swiss with mustard, sounded good too.

Baked brie is delicious. Only thing about brie is use it rather quickly unless you like some funky cheese. It will continue to "ripen" even in the fridge without the seal broken. Always check the "sell by date". Once it reaches that date its getting ripe. Try it with a pepper jam too like a raspberry chipotle from Rothschild Farms. BTW the Kirkland brie isnt half bad either. Really good for the price.
