Broke out a steak from the freezer

Normally I wouldn't mince up a backstrap steak, but those are the only single portions I froze last fall (will have to freeze ground portions next time).

Anyway I made these and they were good so that's all I'm gonna post for now.

It's a rare occasion I use venison for anything "fancy". Tacos, fajitas, chili etc are my normal meals. I grind most all of it minus loins and backstrap that normally turn into poppers. Nothing wrong with your dish!
