Said she wanted a filet.
Went to the local meat shop and got two of the high grade ones.
Basically had enough for two meals.
Quality meat is just better without a doubt.

The bottom one was connected on the other side. I cut it in half and saved one side.

Absolute perfection and it basically melted in my mouth.
