I'm surprised some Bamer hasn't gotten on here and said the above is false and fake news, that Tennessee has never beaten bama in successive years. Some bamers in their 20's have no living memory of how dysfunctional and toxic the tide has been in the past.
The whole Saban thing is like 1 in a thousand year event, but many bamers think it's just the natural order of the universe, the sun rises in the east and bama is ranked #1. When reality comes knocking on their door, and it will soon, they are gonna be baffled as to what is happening.

Don't worry because of Saban. No matter what happens going forward, Bama will be a top team every year. Probably be a top 4 team next year and mildew will win the Heisman because he was once coached by Saban.

They shoulda lost the AUBURN game that was a fluke, then they would have lost 1 less game than the VOLS

Even with the fluke win over a 6 win AU team, if FSU don't have a QB hurt they wouldn't have been a playoff team the last two years under Saban.
But they not gonna miss a beat with the next guy.
