Are Food plots considered baiting

I am planting a one acre food plot of beans and corn on my 5 acres .i can hunt the surrounding property also that is a couple hundred acres..my question is can I legally kill a deer in my food plot this season or is it considered baiting?

If you grow it and don't remove it from the field and bring it back, or add to it, it is not baiting.
