Are fake power lines legal for dove fields?

I've always thought they were, and I've looked in the regs. Didn't find anything stating they were illegal. However, I've seen some posts where people claimed you couldn't hunt under fake (not permanent) lines. Any truth to that?

Perfectly legal ,used 1 for years, they have them set up at forks of the river in knoxville and also at Chuck Swan, I quit doing it a few years ago , lazy old age ect.. , its cool to see them landing on it but getting it into a good spot can be rough, I think putting it on the edge of the field works better but bobwire fences hate me and I aint crossing them to go get birds I knew better than to shoot there.

The public field at Wolf River WMA has one on the edge of the field.
