Just a numbers game at that point then. 5 people hunting the same blind all season vs 100.On the face of things no you are not but it's not that simple. No way of telling those that got drawn for tier 2 blinds did or did not already have licenses prior to the draw. And if you consider that there weren't that many tier 2 blinds, it further reduces the money gained. The big lick to the balance sheet was the the draw for tier 1 blinds but again there is no way, I guess, to know how many put in that didn't have a valid TN license.
34 tier 2 blinds
5 hunters x 34 blinds =170 x 170 (cost of sportsman's)= $28,900
100 hunters x 34 blinds = 3400 x 170 = $578,000
I'll agree some of those hunters would already have a license BUT it's a given "more opportunity" brings in more money.
