How did the XTP do on the deer? Those were designed as pistol bullets. I never had any good results in my muzzleloader with them.

Ive killed a lot of deer with the XTP out of a muzzleloader. Always shot them even before I went to smokeless and I've never had an issue with them what so ever. Of all the deer I've killed, I've only recovered one. It was under the skin on the off side and was mushroomed perfect.
