What great success you have had this shed season. If you were to guess - how many finds are in the field as opposed to how many are in the woods?

I don't have crop fields and I believe that is a disadvantage IMO.

Wayne I would say it's about 60% fields. This also increases the speed at which I can cover areas as well.

On a side note i also calculate the me to dog ratio at about 1.5:2

75% have dropped both sides according to my cameras in Rutherford and Davidson Co. A few more weeks before the greenery swallows them up...

Thanks for the reply. How effective are you at spotting sheds with your binos in the field?

It has been a major struggle for me - we have found 6, 4 for the dog and 2 for me. All but one where inside the woods and the sixth one was in a fence row next to a cattle pasture.

Thanks for sharing all of your finds - it helps motivate the rest of us.
