Small buck pushing a doe in Washington County have heard 4 shots

Two spikes, 5pt, doe with yearling....spike chased doe and yearling...put on a little show...she wasn't interested....fine morning....heard couple shots way off.

Hickman - 1 shot heard so far this morning. Squirrels, dropping acorns, and dogs barking. I'm hoping being distracted here will make one appear.

Had a doe with a fawn pester me for about 25 min. Small buck that I didn't get a great look at came through about 15 min later. Does we're just feeding on acorns.

Have heard two shots on neighboring land. I'm in a small opening between cedar thickets. No sightings.

As driving the county road coming to the property,, we saw several in fields before daylight. That's usually not a good sign for us.

Couldn't ask for better weather in Sumner County. Seen a doe jump a fence at 150 yards, then disappear. Most exciting thing I've seen is an absolute UNIT of a fox squirrel that I hope I can shoot at some point later this weekend.
