Looking for a tracking dog to find my sons first buck ! Not your regular buck it was at least 11+ points. He is tore up about this and said if we couldnt find it he didnt want to hunt anylonger !! We tracked it for 4 hrs following blood trails and couldnt find it. I need to find this for him ! Any leads deeply appreciated !! Decatur co

I want to say there's a Facebook group for Tn dog trackers but I'm not on Facebook so I can't tell you for sure. One thing is try not to go back looking until you have a dog and if you can't find one then go back to looking. It's cold enough that it'll be ok to be left overnight and probably during the day tomorrow with temps. Good luck I hope for the best for y'all

Tennessee Blood Trailing Network on FB. They have a list of trackers. Click on "featured" at the top and then has a list for county. Decatur isn't listed but bordering counties are. Here is the Perry listing.
If you can't have any luck with these or find the list, shoot me a PM with your number and I can text you screen shots of bordering counties and/or post on the FB page that you're looking for a dog with your number. I got no help for you but will send a prayer and good hope your way. Tough lesson for a kid, and heartbreaking for dad.

Thanks Y'all. Got in touch with a man with a tracking dog. Im gonna go look again before he comes out. Hes already tracking another now then mine. Wish me luck !! Alot riding on this find !!We are absolutely sick over this !!!
Good luck, I hope you find him. A lot of them will ask you to stop looking and just show where you saw last blood. Just so that you're not messing up the track.
