Been wanting to cook some for a while now.
Bobby G showed me this way to cook them.
Fantastic.

Deep fry wings till just about done.
Dip in Franks with a stick of butter melted in it.
Put in oven at 375 for about 10 minutes.
Cooked about 30 so I would have some for today.
My buddy Kenny and I left 0.

Try this next time:
Season wings with seasoned salt, paprika, black pepper. Fry until crispy.

Sauce:
1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce (more or less to taste)
1/4 stick of butter
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper (more / less to to taste/ heat level desired)
Combine ingredients in sauce pan and simmer for a few minutes to meld them together.

Pour sauce over wings (fresh out of the fryer, the sauce almost bakes on the wings) in a dish, cover and shake.

This is a close recipe to the Original Buffalo Wing from Anchors Bar in Buffalo, NY. I've had theirs many times. I've tweaked it slightly by adding the Seasoned salt (they use table salt and flour), black pepper, and paprika.

I like to roll in olive oil, season and put on the charcoal grill OFF the heat with some smoker pellets and Royal oak brickets. Smoke for a couple hours, take off and roll in buffalo sauce. Delicious

Bobby G knows his sauces. That's what I use. I also use white vinegar, Tajin, Tony Chacheres, butter and a touch of brown sugar. Throw them on the grill and redip in the sauce before they finish.
