Anyone ever try these? Or fry these? My first attempt for supper. Wife gets crappie.

yep jacks(sauger) too. cheek meat is good but small on sauger so i saute them in butter.

I always eat the cheek meat on Snapper. Never caught a walleye.

Pectoral fins and the area in front of it up to the gill area. Not as good as the cheeks IMO but still very good. Saw how to do it on YouTube. Leftovers for lunch today!
