I love the 30" barrel on my skeet/sporting clays gun. The gun handles very good for me...But my hunting o/u has a 28" barrel and it works just fine...

28-30 even 32..the longer the barrel the better the follow through... less likely to stop the gun while swinging..

Just something to think about shooting in a duck blind. A shorter barrel is easier to swing fast but also louder to the people next to you. I my self like a longer barrel but they seem to get hung up more often in the brush on the blinds.

26-28 for me. most ducks we shoot at are pretty close, so the longer barrel does me no benefit.
