Poor thang is eat up with tic's but cant really tell much more, most pictures I have seen they are thin as in dehydrated like a prune.

I think those are flies not ticks.
I saw one yest. Standing by the road. Pulled up beside her, just stood there. Drooling vey bad. Didnt even appear to notice me at 10 yards.
This one was seen while bushhogging. She didn't move until they were within feet of her and then didn't go far and laid back down.

I hope it's EHD and not CWD, I reckon the animal world gets rocked due to population numbers just like we do,
