I once in 1 season turned in 2 different people who was baiting. The first one was on property that they didn't even have permission to be on. Had the audacity to set up a ground blind and pour corn out 75 yds in front of it. Showed the game warden and he sat on it and got them.

2nd one was a week before muzzleloader season neighbor put up big tripod feeder full of corn 10 feet off the property line and put his ladder stand up in plain sight of the feeder. Again called the warden put. Showed it to him and low and behold opening morning of muzzleoader season they was sitting in that stand. He made them dump al the corn out and clean it up.

Guess I'm a tattle tale

I have called the Sheriffs in several times on trespassers. They knew they were not supposed to be where they were but they chose to anyway. One trespasser even chose to come back after being caught the first time. A second offense was written and I haven't seen him since.

I turned in two public land poachers within a few days of each other on different properties one season. Turned myself in for an accidental violation a short while later. At least I'm consistent
