Not much to say about it. Pickled red onions, homemade tortillas, and a couple of butts rubbed down before going into the smoke. I am rather proud of that case iron skillet, I'll admit. That's one of the ones I stripped, polished, and re-seasoned because I didn't like the rough finish from the factory. That thing is a non-stick beast now. Anyway. Here's some eye candy.
