What are y'all cooking for Labor Day?

Already done. Cooked a Boston butt and two whole chickens on the smoker over hickory. Probably make some tater salad tomorrow.

Frying catfish hush pups and okra. Making homemade white beans and corn bread plus burgers and hotdogs.

I'm not sure about Labor Day…. But doing old school Brinkmanvsmoker / grilled Tabasco hot wings tonight!

Not sure, smoked some CSR on the pellet smoker yesterday, got some frozen burgers that would be easy and some all beef hot dogs, thinking some smoked tater salad and some cornbread salad, haven't made that in awhile

I don't know about smoking anything but I think we are grilling a few filet migions on the pellet grill and baked potato salad.

I got some ribs on the smoker this morning. The wife is making potato salad.
