Good luck & shoot straight! I thought about trying to make it out but don't think it's in the cards. Hope to catch some on the thaw late next week.

I didn't make it today but word from the blind is that new birds are at Cheatham and wads were working our blind. Lots of shooting in the WMA compared to the last 2 weeks.
Going tomorrow. Can't wait to see what I can shoot/miss!!šŸ˜
You were told wrong. Yes, there were a few bunches moving about but really not much shooting...very sporadic. There were new birds there...spoonies. We killed several. Teal were still hanging around and a few gadwall. We saw one pair of mallards. We pulled out about 1 so maybe something got to moving late. As of noon, the hoppers in your blind said they had not killed anything and we didn't see anything fall when they shot.
All of that to say, tomorrow could be interesting.

I haven't heard much shooting this morning in the ditch.
May try and find a blind to hop this afternoon.

I'd be surprised about new birds after hunting yesterday in Western KY.
All the birds there seemed to have left.

Good luck and stay warm this weekend!

Buddy just text that's hunting in west TN. Seeing some big groups moving. I would think today is one of those days you want to be there all day.
