Trail cam from high

I had my trail camera destroyed. Now I'm thinking about putting it up high. Any tips on that? The spot I watch is super thick so I can't cover a big area. Do they work ok pointed at about a 45 degree angle? I'm also going to put a low camera there in range of the high one so I can see who(if) they do it again.

They work mounted high and angled down. But your trigger area is much smaller. Some cameras have a mount that tilts. If they don't, you can buy screw-in or strap on mounts that do.

Half my cams have tiltable mounts, half don't. I use a lot of these screw in mounts for those that don't:

I've got to find away to mount y battery case as well. I'll think of something. Thank you.
