I'm still seeing very active scrapes by both bucks and does. Mostly nocturnal right now but I expected as much in the big woods with leaf fall. I'd guess round two is about to crack open any time now. I walked past 5 scrapes like this in a 300yd stretch yesterday walking in for evening sit. 2 of them are old mock scrapes and the other 3 were natural. All freshly worked. Only two new bucks on cam but they're not quite big/old enough yet.

Some bucks are just aggressive. One of our guys killed a 3.5 over the weekend. He said this buck was chasing all the other bucks around the field. He finally took off in a dead sprint and charged a 2.5 yo and hit him straight on like a dall ram. I believe there are a few of these spread throughout the landscape. And unfortunately, they get ahold of another deer and bust him up
