The buck that puzzles me!pix

I previously posted a couple of pix of a couple of bucks and wanted folks to guess there age. The buck I question, I believe earlier this summer to be a good 2.5 yrs old but now it looks like his body is filling out. The last pix is a deer Im almost %95 sure is 2.5 and compared to him this deer is definitely 3.5 maybe 4.5!
