So I started this sweet potato back in March, apparently way too early. I can't plant the slips until sometime in June when the ground temperature gets way up there. You can see the progression of this dude.

If I plant the slips from this potato in June, they'll already be taking up half my garden. Anyway, I just started a new one which should be about right to plant in a month and a half or so. Just thought y'all would like to see. :grin:

got me some starting now to,i had some left over taters that i keep just to get the sprouts off of and pull them off and root them and i planted a couple in dirt to sprout that way.
