Southern Bedford County activity?

Anyone hunt in this area between Lynchburg and Shelbyville? I saw several small bucks harassing does the second week of muzzleloader and a mature buck chasing the last day of muzzleloader but haven't been able to make it back since then. I'm thinking the first stage of the rut should be wrapped up but wondering if anyone in the area has saw any signs of new does coming in or any rutting activity.

I own some land In Flat Creek, but very rarely hunt it. seems its always slow in that part of the county.

The area I hunt has almost come to a stand still as far as deer movement is concerned, it was great up until thanksgiving weekend then went cold.
