Smoked Salmon

After cutting and splitting wood all day, a small smoked piece of salmon is dang good.

Set smoker at 225 degrees. Put a little olive oil and use pack in' heat rub. I cook until internal temp is 145 deg. Usually takes less than 45 min.

Absolutely love salmon! The real stuff…not that crap in a can 🤮. If salmon lived in the Cumberland or the Caney, I'd sell all my hunting stuff and fish every day. And I HATE fishing! 😂
