Thanks! These were done on a Weber kettle using some Apple wood. We treated them same as any meatloaf recipe wise except one, it had a few extra beef rubs mixed in. Got temp up to 300 and put them on. I let them smoke for about hour and a half then brushed ketchup on 2 of them then put a spicy bbq sauce on the other one. They smoked another couple hours before finally finishing.
The last 30 minutes I brushed a little more sauce/ketchup on and cranked heat to 350 pulled them and let rest before slicing. They turned out even better than I expected and leftovers were even better the next day!
