Luke at ArrowHead might and ive seen a video of Jeff Hankins shooting one he converted. Last i heard SMI still does them too

Slufoot stopped a few months the back due to a new job.

Luke at Arrowhead will do it with his new plug, which is smaller diameter and a much better plug for break actions (IMO). Price is a bit higher, but it includes the plug from what I understand. Turn around is 1-2 weeks depending on his schedule.
