Yep, check around.
You should find that brass is engineered to have the same external dimensions but the internals change. Military brass seems to be thicker which reduces the amount of space for powder. You will find the differences enough to get you dizzy and fall off your chair. Federal brass is thin-Lapua is thick-Nosler is thin- it goes on forever.
I tend to purchase ONLY a specific brand name of brass. Up until immediately following Sandy Hook that is when my brand disappeared into the vapor. Now I have a bunch of different names and I hate it, will toss 100% and start over soon as normalcy returns.
Generally speaking: If you change a component, reduce your load by two grains and work back up. That includes brass.
