Rage Broadhead?

Bought a pack Im gonna turkey hunt with!The collars that came with the heads have little cuts around and I didnt understand how they should be placed,the diagram wasnt helpful.I shot one three times in my target and the blades didnt open !Can you give advice,Ive never shot mechanical heads before!

Slits go towards the tip of the broadhead. If it's still not opening, send it back to the manufacturer.

I have the slits going toward the broadhead but blades are not opening!
