Quota hunt question

Scn, this is possibly a two part question depending on first answer so please don't lock immediately.

What is age requirement for youth on normal quota hunt and requirements of a youth with adult?

P40 of the 2014 HG (doubt that it was changed this year):

Youths age 6-16 may apply for WMA quota hunts.

Youths age 6-16 must be accompanied by an adult, 21 years of age or older, who must remain in a position to take immediate control of the hunting device.

I wasn't sure if that meant just on youth quotas or not but that is what I thought it meant.

Now my second part.

Can I apply with a party for one hunt and then apply for another hunt with a different party?

The youth doesn't have a mzl but I'd apply with him for gun quota and just take him if that is possible.

If not, I'd just apply for gun so he could go if we were drawn.

Check with quota hunts, but I'm pretty sure you are limited to one party.

I may just put him on party number for both hunts and if we luck out and get drawn for just mzl I'll take him and let him shoot my mzl.
