none that we can see , twra can see depending on how many folks apply and how many points they have, they only know the results after the entry is cut off
A lot of states including KY and GA tell you the minimum points required to draw a hunt. Kids and I have been banking KY points to probably use next year while they can buy a youth license once last time before their 16th birthday. I will have 5 or 6 this year and they should go into next year with 3. Just don't know best place to use them for the best opportunity for a decent buck.
We bank priority points in GA for the regular hunts because the dates conflict with our other hunts in TN/KY. We probably will use them when they can no longer buy a reasonably priced license while they are in high school and dad is still paying the bills.
I really think states should offer lower priced hunting licenses for ages 16-21. That is the age where they don't have a lot of money. You risk losing them as hunters because of it....my $.02
