Definately ain't ole grandads flintlock.

Gotta admit it is ALMOST as beautiful as when I first laid eyes on my Ruger muzzleloader.
Hope she performs as well as I think she will.
Never been a big Savage fan but I am telling you right now that is the SWEETEST trigger I have EVER pulled in my LIFE. I mean it is SWEEEEET !!! I haven't even checked to see if it is set on "heavy" or "light".
If it is on heavy, shipped from the factory, you better not even BREATHE on it when you have the little silver accutrigger thingy pressed down.

It looks like it. $30 Pachmayer Decellerator pad is worth having and very easy install (two screws). Also, find you a Knight Power Rod 22" - and chuck the factory rod.
