Looking at the possibility of moving to Franklin, KY. Don't want to give up my TN hunting. Looking at TWRA Website all I would need is a type 073? Does that cover all my hunting fishing like my current Sportsman?

No. It would not cover any fishing.

I don't have a Guide to check, but if it is the all game license IT would cover all of your hunting LICENSES. It would not cover permits such as the Type 94.

A Lifetime Sportsman license covers all and is still valid if you move out of state. It would have to be purchased while you are still a resident.

Buy the Lifetime Sportsman before you move.

Agree wholeheartedly. I pay close to $300/year to hunt my farm in TN as a NR. It will definitely pay to get the lifetime license before leaving if you do intend to do most of your hunting in TN from now on.
