Lifetime license?

I got my grandson his lifetime license in 2013, is that a sportsman's license? Does he need anything else for turkeys or deer or trout fishing?

It is a Sportsman License and he is good for all state licenses/permits. It does not cover permits for LBL, and I am not sure about the Gatlinburg City trout permit.

If he ever hunts waterfowl, he'll need a Federal duck stamp.
