To make things simple I normally purchase the sportsman's license I was unaware if I would have my property to hunt this year so I just bought the hunting fishing license. I ended up getting to hunt the property again. My question is do all I need to buy now is archery, muzzleloader, and gun for deer season? Is there any other license I would need to purchase for deer season this year

Guessing you probably bought already but yes the 009,010,011 add ons would cover you for deer. If you also went a WMA there is another fee for that too
If I hunted any of the Cherokee national forest in my county "Carter" would I need a 94 or 95 permit?

Remember I am just a hunter, not TWRA but if you hunt the WMA Cherokee, the 95 would make sense.

I don't know if there are separate lands of the national forest that are not WMA.

18bucks is not bad I guess for the Cherokee.
Region 4 office number is 423 587-7037.
