1st team defense looks really good but Nico finally found an opening and made them pay

I have always liked Gaston Moore, solid backup

Merklinger looks really good but hard to say until you see him compete against first team type defense. Looks really solid regardless. His scrambling has been terrific

I'm not convinced Moore shouldn't have played against Florida last year when Milton was injured.

Tennessee outscored Florida the second half 9-3, but Milton played timid that game. Actually, he played timid the first half of the season. That's probably the only game that the outcome could have been different.
