Nonresident youth check in procedure?

I'm a nonresident with a lease in TN. I want to take my also nonresident, 9 yearold, grandson up there for the youth hunt. Since he's just 9 and will not have a license nor hunter ed card how do I go about checking in a deer if he kills one?

You can call the License Sales Div. at 615-781-6585 prior to your hunt and they can set him up with a TWRA ID number. You will need his SS#. That will let you check it in online or by phone. If you don't go that route, you will have to go to a physical checking station.

As a NR, your deer have to be check out before crossing the state line.
