The little lady that came up with this called this "Hot" Mustard Sauce...I don't think it's all that hot though. Kinda sweet & sour.

Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup white vinegar
1 cup dry mustard
2 well beaten eggs
1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt

Directions:

Mix vinegar and dry mustard thoroughly and cover.
Let set overnight in refrigerator
Next day:
Add eggs, sugar, and salt
Bring to a slow boil and cook stirring constantly until spoon is coated

Store in refrigerator - well, when you're not eating it! :D
